What We Do

We manage residential properties that utilize lease options as an operating structure. The property remains owned by you. The lease governs occupancy. Any purchase option is separate, conditional, and never guaranteed.

Why Owners Use Lease Options

Lease options can provide flexibility where traditional leasing or selling is suboptimal. Common motivations include vacancy reduction, improved occupant commitment, pricing optionality, and time-based exit planning.

Important: Lease options are not sales contracts. They involve risk, require careful documentation, and are not appropriate for every property or owner.
